About AppleGate Recovery State College
Located in front of Centre County Memorial Park in State College, this outpatient clinic helps adults manage opioid addiction, alcohol dependence, and chronic pain through patient-centered medication-assisted treatment (MAT). They use buprenorphine, suboxone, sublocade, brixadi, and vivitrol alongside supportive counseling. Pregnant women may also receive treatment in coordination with obstetric specialists.
