About Oceanside Center for Change
Oceanside Center for Change is an inpatient program located in beautiful Nayarit, Mexico. Just steps from the beach, Oceanside Center treats adults struggling with addiction using a comprehensive, holistic approach. Their inpatient program blends 12-Step facilitation with motivational therapies geared at healing the whole person's mind, body, and spirit. The program has a healthy combination of group and individual therapy as well as social activities and time for physical fitness, yoga, meditation, and walks on the beach.
Relapse prevention is at the root of Oceanside Center. They provide years of aftercare to reflect this, helping clients maintain the sobriety they found at Oceanside Center for Change. Oceanside offers weekly phone contact, followed by an additional monthly check-in for up to 1 year after clients leave the program. They also offer weekly follow-up group sessions on Zoom for alumni to attend.
Oceanside Center for Change seeks to not only heal the individual from the effects of addiction, but the whole family. Their family retreat aims to restore connections, establish boundaries, and provide educational topics relevant to addiction. These retreats are hosted on-site and are planned to allow families to participate in treatment as much as possible.
