Nsight Mental Health & Wellness offers a therapeutic 6-bed home near Newport Beach in California. Clients will enjoy access to nature, outdoor dining, outdoor lounge, walking trails, adventure outings, sightseeing, and a fitness center.
Nsight specializes in Substance Abuse, Primary Mental Health, and Trauma for men and women while addressing underlying issues. Nsight treats substance abuse and can independently treat primary mental health conditions without being limited to treating co-occurring disorders. Using a combination of evidence-based, experiential and solution-focused treatment, Nsight offers TMS, CBT, Spravato, Couples Counseling, DBT, EMDR, Family Counseling, MBCT, Neurotherapy, Neurofeedback, and Solution-Focused and Goal-Oriented Therapy.
Treatment services are daily CBT, DBT, REBT, and Group Process for each client. Along with 24-hour support, 5-7 evening support groups per week, Nsight also has EMDR and Somatic Experiencing, Biosound for Emotional Regulation, and Family therapy sessions. In addition to their suite of treatments, Nsight offers a diversion program, which is an alternative to traditional incarceration. The program aims to address the root cause of criminal behavior by treating the underlying mental health issues.
Treatment costs are covered by most major insurance PPO policies. Nsight staff are licensed therapists, psychiatrists, and doctors who aim to provide the required level of care needed for addiction and mental health treatment. The facility is accredited by both The Joint Comission and CARF, offering both substance use and mental health services.
