A Holistic Program
A typical day at Villa Ladera will include individual counseling with either a life coach or licensed therapist. Part of the schedule will also include holistic therapies, like mindfulness walks, Folsom Lake hikes, art and music therapy, or simply relaxing by the pool. Once residents complete the program, outpatient services are offered as well as off-site 12-Step programming groups.
