About Lasting Recovery
Lasting Recovery is San Diego's oldest and most respected outpatient treatment program. They offer flexible programs for substance abuse and mental health issues using partial hospitalization (PHP), intensive outpatient (IOP), aftercare, and virtual services. Lasting Recovery integrates a combination of 12-Step principles and client-centered, evidence-based treatments such as cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT), dialectical behavioral therapy (DBT), and holistic alternatives. Holistic therapies can include nutritional groups, poetry therapy, and yoga. Their unique treatment team of professionals includes physicians, licensed psychologists, psychotherapists, and alcohol and drug counselors who understand the chronic and progressive nature of addictions and mental health conditions.
