About Inner Haven Wellness
Inner Haven Wellness is a tailored intensive outpatient program for the treatment of anorexia nervosa, bulimia nervosa, binge eating disorder, and co-occurring disorders. Located in Madison, Wisconsin, the staff works with each client’s schedule to ensure that the care is accessible. The program is delivered five to seven days a week, with nine to twelve hours of clinical services. Inner Haven Wellness concentrates on enhancing skills through the utilization of various techniques, including Dialectical Behavioral Therapy and Acceptance and Commitment Therapy. Participants enrolled will actively cultivate the following skills: mindfulness, acceptance, identification of values, goal establishment, action-oriented commitment, and management of emotions. A structured and supervised meal is provided daily, along with individual therapy sessions with a licensed therapist and dietitian. Inner Haven Wellness is accredited by the Joint Commission and is in network with multiple insurance plans.
