Compassionate experts provide inpatient and outpatient mental health and substance use care for adults, teens, and families in a calm medical district setting. TGH Behavioral Health Hospital delivers expert clinical treatment to stabilize symptoms and help patients build healthy coping mechanisms. With specialized programs for teens and military personnel and first responders, staff tailor care to each person’s needs and involve families when helpful.

Core Programs

Clinicians deliver evidence-based therapies such as cognitive behavioral therapy, dialectical behavior therapy, trauma informed care, and medication management. Day treatment runs 2 to 4 weeks with daily individual, group, and family sessions, plus yoga, art, and music therapy. The intensive outpatient program (IOP) meets 3 to 5 days a week to teach coping skills and plan long term recovery.
