Core Programs

Clinicians deliver evidence-based therapies such as cognitive behavioral therapy, dialectical behavior therapy, trauma informed care, and medication management. Day treatment runs 2 to 4 weeks with daily individual, group, and family sessions, plus yoga, art, and music therapy. The intensive outpatient program (IOP) meets 3 to 5 days a week to teach coping skills and plan long term recovery.

On-site chefs prepare three hot meals each day, served cafeteria-style, and the staff accommodates special dietary needs to ensure clients receive balanced, personalized nutrition throughout their stay.
