The substance use unit uses buprenorphine to manage opioid withdrawal during detox and offers maintenance options including Sublocade, Vivitrol, Brixadi, and oral naltrexone. Programming includes 12-Step groups and SMART Recovery alongside individual, group, and family counseling. Patients who continue buprenorphine or Brixadi after discharge are referred to an outpatient provider.
