Healthy Living, a detox and residential treatment program, is located in the beautiful city of Santa Clarita, California. Healthy Living offers treatment for alcohol and drug addictions, along with co-occurring mental health disorders. The 24/7 medically monitored detox program can last from 5 days to a few weeks. The residential treatment programs last 30, 60, or 90 days.
Healthy Living offers 4 main types of therapy during rehabilitation: individual, group, family, and experiential therapies. Twice per week, clients receive individual therapy sessions with a licensed therapist which may include cognitive behavior therapy (CBT).. Daily 6-hour group therapy sessions may include psychoeducation, skills development, and CBT. Family therapy sessions are tailored to each individual’s family based on their needs. Experiential therapy sessions may include yoga, acupuncture, sound, art, music, and animal therapies.
Healthy Living offers a safe and comfortable environment for residents. The home is pet friendly and residents can bring their dogs to treatment with them. Clients have 3 nutritious meals per day. Their weekly routine includes nature walks and outdoor outings. Healthy Living can treat couples who are both in recovery.
