A county-based outpatient facility provides intensive mental health and substance use services in a supportive setting. Located in southern Wisconsin, the center helps individuals and families recover and gain stability in a home-like facility. Help is provided through coordinating with a team of licensed professionals trained to provide counseling, medication support and recovery planning to meet individual goals.
Core Behavioral Health Services
This center's core services include outpatient therapy, substance use (AODA) treatment, community support for men and women with serious mental health challenges, and Comprehensive Community Services ( CCS) for individuals needing long-term care. New clients begin with assessments, case management and then 1-on-1 or group counseling sessions based on every client's needs. Each client is guided in strengthening coping skills, gaining independence while making steady progress in recovery.
Guided Recovery And Aftercare Services
Clients can choose from individual, group and family counseling and may also receive medication-assisted treatment (MAT) using Naltrexone or Buprenorphine. Teen recovery programs combines substance use prevention and education, helping the young generations well informed and connected to positive community support. Recovery coaching and aftercare services are also available for those who need continued guidance and treatment. Residential services are offered on a limited basis while detox services are done outside the facility. All these programs create a safe pathway toward healthier and more stable life.
