The patient's recovery process often starts out with detox and residential services at their Green Mountain Treatment Center. From there, patients can transfer to Granite House, an independent sober living home in Derry, New Hampshire. Homes are gender specific, treating men and women separately.

Treatment at Granite House starts off with an early morning wake-up call followed by meditation, shared housework, and breakfast. After that, patients have meetings with their individual therapist or attend group therapy that recovery staff conduct. On the weekends, clients can participate in group activities, visit with family, attend sessions for recovery, and have movie nights.
