About FCHC Behavioral Health Inpatient
This center provides inpatient and intensive outpatient care for adults and older adults managing depression, anxiety, stress, or emotional challenges. As part of Fulton County Health Center, the program delivers short-term, structured support with 24-hour care, daily therapy, and a clear plan for continued treatment.
At the start of care, the team meets with each person to discuss their needs and works together to develop a treatment plan tailored to their goals. Care may include individual and group therapy, expressive therapy, family sessions, and medication management. Staff also provide education and help patients build skills for daily life.
Patients live in a safe, supportive setting with access to licensed professionals, structured routines, and shared therapeutic spaces. As patients make progress, the team creates follow-up plans that may include an intensive outpatient program (IOP) to support continued recovery in a more flexible setting.
