It focuses on holistically addressing all 3 aspects using personalized, evidence-based strategies. Their program offers therapy, recovery and wellness coaching and medication management, guiding individuals toward positive changes in thoughts, emotions and behaviors. Activities of Daily Living

Another component of their program integrates activities of daily living (ADL), which works to improve independent functioning. Expert staff works on a personalized level with clients, helping them enhance life skills to improve their day-to-day living, such as personal hygiene, budgeting and finances, time management, meal planning and other important skills that support recovery and daily living.
