About Discovery Mood & Anxiety Program Temecula
Discovery Mood & Anxiety Temecula is a mental health outpatient treatment program for adolescents and adults. Discovery combines 25 years of experience with evidence-based therapy to treat a range of anxiety and mood disorders. They offer varying levels of care, including a partial hospitalization program (PHP) and an intensive outpatient program (IOP). For the treatment of depression, self-harm, bipolar disorder, anxiety, trauma, and reactive attachment disorder, the program uses cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT), dialectical behavioral therapy (DBT), and other evidence-based approaches in both the individual and group therapeutic settings. Treatment is also available for clients with co-occurring substance use disorders.
Discovery’s PHP takes a holistic approach to treatment. In addition to evidence-based treatments, clients receive educational or vocational coaching to support their long-term goals and medication management through weekly psychiatry sessions. Family involvement is a key aspect of the treatment philosophy and thus they offer family therapy sessions on a weekly basis.
