Discovery Mood & Anxiety Program Houston is an outpatient program treating mental health conditions in clients ages 11 and older. They offer a partial hospitalization program (PHP), and an intensive outpatient program (IOP). The clinical staff uses a variety of evidence-based treatments including cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT), dialectical behavior therapy (DBT), and acceptance and commitment therapy (ACT).
