Begin With Medically Supervised Detox

Clients who need detox begin with physician-supervised withdrawal management and 24/7 nursing support. The medical team monitors symptoms and uses medications based on each client's health needs. Once stable, clients who need further treatment can enter the residential program, where they address substance use patterns, mental health concerns, and coping skills. Services include individual counseling, group therapy, family therapy, and skill-building, along with fitness, nutrition, and mindfulness activities. Residential stays typically last up to a month, with extensions based on clinical progress.

Plan for Continuing Care

Case managers work with clients daily to coordinate transitions and prepare for discharge. After detox, they help arrange admission to residential treatment or another appropriate program. For clients completing residential treatment, discharge planning may include referrals to partial hospitalization, intensive outpatient programs, or sober living based on their ongoing needs.
