Substance Use Intensive Outpatient Program (IOP)
Connections Wellness Group Memphis-Poplar offers IOPs for adults 18 years and older and adolescents 13-18 years old. For adults, the program is Monday-Friday, 9am-12pm with afternoon and evening options available. The IOP consists of 3 hours of group therapy per day, which includes process groups, psychoeducational groups, experiential groups, and nursing groups. In addition, individuals will receive medication management and medication education. The program is typically 4-6 weeks long. At the end of treatment, clinical staff will collaborate with clients on an aftercare plan.
The substance use IOP for adolescents is Monday-Friday, 9am-3pm, with 4 hours of group therapy per day. The program consists of process groups, psychoeducational groups, and experiential groups. Adolescents can receive medication management, nursing evaluations, and medication education through this program.
Veterans/First Responders Program
Tailored programming called “The Front Line,” where veterans and first responders can connect with peers and receive targeted treatment. During treatment, clients will have individualized treatment plans, focus on trauma as well as recovery, and have options of evidence-based therapies and holistic approaches.
