About Center for Discovery Rancho Palos Verdes
With over 25 years of expertise, Center for Discovery has been treating eating disorders using evidence-based therapies supported by research. Located minutes from the beach, the Rancho Palos Verdes location provides a scenic and serene environment to receive treatment in. There are two levels of care available: a residential program and partial hospitalization program (PHP). Within both programs, their experienced staff treat female and non-binary clients using evidence-based modalities, including cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT), exposure & response prevention (ERP), dialectical behavior therapy (DBT), nutrition therapy, and art therapy.
Clients at Center for Discovery are given the chance to incorporate joyous movement into their lives while they are in treatment. They give patients various opportunities to participate in recreational activities that are enjoyable to them and to incorporate yoga into their therapeutic strategy.
