Center for Change Utah is a treatment program for individuals with eating disorders. The Center for Change treatment program is highly customizable. They are equipped to treat a range of eating issues such as anorexia, bulimia, binge eating, and OSFED (Other Specified Feeding or Eating Disorder). In addition, Center for Change also has programs that cater to diabetics, athletes, and those suffering from co-occurring mental health conditions.

Engage in Whole-Person Healing Experiences

Center for Change uses a multidisciplinary approach that specializes in intensive treatment under the care of supportive and experienced staff. They offer comprehensive eating disorder programs, with acute inpatient, residential, and day and evening programs, outpatient services, and aftercare. In addition to evidence-based therapies, clients can benefit from adventure therapies like ropes courses, hiking, and other outdoor activities in the Utah mountains. Yoga, dance and movement therapy, sand play therapy, and music therapy are also available at Center for Change.

Participate in Structured Support from Home

Center for Change also offers a virtual intensive outpatient program (vIOP), allowing clients to receive expert care from home. This secure, HIPAA-compliant program includes individual and group therapy, nutrition counseling, and psychiatric services—ideal for those needing structured support with greater flexibility or living in other parts of Utah. The program runs from 9:15 AM - 12:30 PM Monday, Tuesday, and Thursday.
