About Cast Centers of West Hollywood
CAST Centers in West Hollywood is an integrated and comprehensive resource center for anyone who is going through hard times. This includes substance abuse problems, mental health challenges, family counseling, growth and personal development, and more. They work with individuals to design unique programs to address the client’s needs. CAST Centers is a dual-diagnosis treatment center with programs that include day treatment, PHP, IOP, custom outpatient, and “best self coaching”. IOP and PHP treatment can involve medical-assisted detox and a variety of unique therapies such as somatic experiencing, 12-Step, neurofeedback, motivational interviewing (MI), experiential therapy, CBT, DBT, and expressive arts. The custom outpatient level of care can be for clients that have work obligations and cannot attend a scheduled PHP or IOP program. It may also be appropriate for clients that require more discretion and privacy. The Best Self Coaching is designed for clients who want to motivate and adjust areas of their life and promote transformational changes. The program is available on-site at CAST Centers or remotely, and it is based on the Best Self model which was developed by CAST Centers CEO and founder, Mike Bayer. The program is a 6 week curriculum that consists of 24 touch points, 1 weekly coaching session, and 3 weekly accountability check-ins.
The intimate and comfortable setting at CAST Centers allows clients to open up and trust the process of recovery. By offering a continuum of care that includes intensive group therapy 5 days a week, clients create a support system that is on-going. Along with group therapy, clients meet weekly with their primary therapist to make sure they are on track with their customized treatment plan. CAST centers is recognized as the go-to clinic for mental health, addiction, dual-diagnosis, and anyone who wants to live a more authentic, joyful life. CAST Center is accredited by the Joint Commission and accepts most private insurance.
