Pillars Health Group
Pillars Health Group operates three outpatient centers across Massachusetts and Maine, empowering adults and teens on their path to wellness through partial hospitalization programs (PHP) and intensive outpatient programs (IOP). Focused on making quality behavioral health care more accessible, the network offers same-day admissions and insurance verification in under an hour. Pillars treats depression, anxiety, trauma, bipolar disorder, obsessive-compulsive disorder, attention-deficit/hyperactivity disorder, self-harm, eating disorders, and substance use, with treatment plans built around each client's needs and goals.Connected Levels of CarePillars delivers the same two levels of care to two different populations. Teens ages 12 to 17 work with clinicians trained to build trust with adolescents, moving through full-day and half-day programs in Concord. Adults in Tewksbury and South Portland move through that same structure for mental health and addiction, meeting five days a week at the most intensive level before tapering to three to five as stability builds. Each program combines master's-level clinical care, group therapy, and individual counseling. From Therapy Room to Real LifeTherapy works best when it doesn't end at the door. Clinicians combine cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT), dialectical behavior therapy (DBT), and motivational interviewing (MI) equipping clients with skills they can practice right away. Case managers coordinate discharge planning, sober living referrals, and employment connections that turn a plan into everyday stability. When substance use is present, psychiatric providers oversee medication-assisted treatment (MAT), including buprenorphine, methadone, and naltrexone, alongside medications for co-occurring mental health conditions.Aftercare Designed to LastRecovery continues after formal treatment ends. Weekly family therapy sessions, educational workshops, and relapse prevention planning keep treatment connected to each client's life and family, not just the client alone. Pillars also connects clients to community resources, peer recovery groups, and an alumni network that keeps them engaged long after discharge. That ongoing connection is what makes recovery last for clients and their families.
