About Pillars Health Group (Teens)
Pillars Health Group's Concord campus offers teens ages 12 to 17 mental health treatment in a facility built exclusively for adolescents, addressing anxiety, depression, attention deficit hyperactivity disorder (ADHD), bipolar disorder, obsessive-compulsive disorder (OCD), trauma, self-harm, eating disorders, and other complex challenges. Full-day and half-day outpatient programs meet teens at different levels of need, and small groups let clinicians build real familiarity with each teen throughout treatment.
Build Skills for Enduring Change
Clinicians pair warmth with experience, building a plan around each teen's story rather than a checklist of symptoms. Evidence-based methods include cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT), dialectical behavior therapy (DBT), and family therapy, while mindful movement sessions bring an embodied practice into the mix, pairing physical activity with reflection so teens learn to recognize and manage emotions as they surface.
Choose the Right Level of Care
The full-day program runs Monday through Friday from 9:00 a.m. to 3:30 p.m., the highest level of outpatient care, combining therapy, skill-building, and academic time for teens who need more intensive support. The half-day program meets weekday evenings from 4:30 to 7:00 p.m., giving teens with moderate to severe needs a structured alternative that still allows them to stay in school and hold onto other daily routines.
Continue Growth after Treatment
Aftercare planning begins on day one, so teens leave with a clear plan rather than an abrupt goodbye. The structured aftercare program includes one weekly individual therapy session and a full day of group therapy each week, along with referrals for continued care, medication management, or community resources as needed. The formal program lasts about a month, though length flexes with each teen's progress.
