BHG Medical Services - Hot Springs

Behavioral Health Group (BHG) provides outpatient treatment for adults managing opioid use disorder, including prescription opioids, heroin and fentanyl. Care begins with a full assessment of each patient's substance use history, health needs and recovery goals, then combines medications for opioid use disorder (MOUD) with counseling, recovery support and care coordination. Treatment plans are tailored to each patient's needs, since no two patients start treatment from the same place.

BHG Medical Services - Hot Springs offers office-based opioid treatment (OBOT) for adults who are stable enough to manage medication without daily visits and who prefer a doctor's-appointment model. Appointments are available Monday-Friday, 8 a.m. to 4:30 p.m., with buprenorphine and naltrexone paired with individual counseling to build coping skills, group sessions for peer support and case management connecting patients to housing, employment and other resources.
