Located on North 26th Street in Sheboygan, just minutes from Highway 42, this hospital provides outpatient care for adults and adolescents ages 12 to 18. The center treats depression, anxiety, trauma, substance use disorder (SUD), and other mental health conditions. Intensive outpatient programs (IOP) and partial hospitalization programs (PHP), also known as day treatment, give individuals structure and support while allowing them to return home daily. Patients receive care from a multidisciplinary team of clinicians.

Trust Care From Every Angle

Aurora’s treatment approach blends evidence-based therapies with a focus on building long-term coping skills. Patients participate in group-based cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT) and dialectical behavior therapy (DBT), learning to reframe negative thoughts, manage emotions, and practice mindfulness. The care team includes psychiatrists, nurses, counselors, and occupational therapists who provide practical tools for emotional regulation, resilience, and restoring balance to daily life.

Stay Grounded Through Challenges

Programs are designed to meet the unique needs of those transitioning from inpatient care or seeking to prevent hospitalization. Teens and adults learn strategies for handling stressors such as school, relationships, or employment challenges. The center is part of Advocate Aurora Health, one of the Midwest’s largest integrated health systems.
