About Assure Recovery Center
The partial hospitalization program (PHP) at Assure Recovery Center is the highest level of care provided, designed for adults struggling with addiction and mental health disorders who are looking for a higher level of care than conventional outpatient programs. Patients are able to receive a level of care offered by residential programs with more flexibility, allowing them to remain at home and continue to fulfill their daily responsibilities. The intensive outpatient program (IOP) is similarly structured but requires less of a time commitment and focuses on providing support for those transitioning out of more intensive care and integrating into a recovery lifestyle. Assure Recovery takes a comprehensive and holistic approach to healing, offering a family support program for patients and their families. The family-focused support groups and counseling work to establish and maintain healthy boundaries, rebuild trusting relationships, and provide families with guidance on how to best support the recovery process. Assure Recovery Center also provides mental health services, addressing co-occurring disorders that accompany addiction with a range of treatment methods and support groups. They also provide medication-assisted treatment and medication management when appropriate.
Their treatment process begins with a comprehensive evaluation to determine any co-occurring disorders and create an individualized treatment plan that fits each patient's unique needs. Personally tailored treatment plans may consist of a combination of individual, group, or family counseling, experiential, and evidence-based treatment methods. Some of their methods include cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT), dialectical behavioral therapy (DBT), nutrition and life skills, creative and expressive arts, meditation, yoga, outdoor activities and access to nature, and equine assisted psychotherapy.
Part of the continuum of care at Assure Recovery is their aftercare program, providing ongoing recovery case management services to support patients while they continue to work toward their recovery goals. The aftercare program offers regular check-ins with clinical staff, vocational and educational services, continued individual counseling sessions, group support meetings, alumni events, discharge planning and coordination, and personal relapse prevention plans. Assure Recovery Center also offers a safe and supportive environment for continued sobriety within their sober living homes, closely located to their outpatient clinic. Sober living can provide further structure and accountability, giving individuals continued access to peer support, 12-Step programs, increased independence and responsibility, continued therapy, and on-going case management services. Their aftercare services work to provide patients with the necessary guidance, structure, and support to help their patients maintain their sobriety and succeed in their recovery through every level of care.
