Founded in 1972, Aspris Wellbeing Centres (formerly part of Priory Group) treats over 70 psychiatric conditions. Aspris' center in Abu Dhabi treats mental health conditions such as depression, anxiety, stress, anger management, eating disorders, panic attacks, relationship problems, obsessive compulsive disorder (OCD), mood disorder, sleep disorder, trauma, and young people’s mental health. Aspris adopts different therapy methods that include individual therapy, group therapy, family therapy, cognitive behavior therapy (CBT), dialectical behavior therapy, mindfulness, and eye movement desensitization and reprocessing (EMDR). A typical length of stay is 12 weeks. Aspris also offers online therapy.
