Guided by the belief that addiction is a medical and psychiatric condition deserving compassionate, judgment-free care, Aspirus Rhinelander Clinic is an outpatient behavioral health and addiction treatment center. They treat alcohol and opioid addiction, anxiety, depression, post-traumatic stress disorder (PTSD), schizophrenia, eating disorders, and self-harm through counseling, psychiatry, psychology, medication treatment, and family therapy. Located on North Chippewa Drive, they use a harm-reduction approach that welcomes people into care at any stage and helps them make safer, healthier changes over time.
Open Monday through Thursday from 8 a.m. to 4 p.m. and Friday from 8 a.m. to 3 p.m., they offer steady weekday access to care.

Their evidence-based, whole-person approach includes individual, group, and family therapy with eye movement desensitization and reprocessing (EMDR) and other trauma-focused therapies that help process distressing memories, reduce triggers, and build healthier coping skills. Their psychiatry services include medication management, talk therapy, brain-stimulation treatments, and long-acting injectables. They also offer psychological testing, biofeedback, clinical social work, pain medicine, occupational therapy, and physical therapy.
