AMFM Mental Health Treatment provides tailored outpatient care that helps clients break free from the weight of mental health challenges and rediscover balance in their lives. They focus on treating conditions such as anxiety, depression, trauma-related disorders, and mood disorders through flexible intensive outpatient (IOP) and day treatment programs that allow clients to return home at night. Guided by a team of skilled clinicians, AMFM empowers clients to take control of their mental health and build a future grounded in strength and clarity.

Develop Tools for Long-Term Stability

At AMFM, each client’s treatment plan integrates both individual and group therapy, ensuring they receive 1-on-1 guidance. Family programming is offered online each week, providing loved ones with guidance and support throughout the healing journey while strengthening relationships. Clients also receive thorough psychiatric evaluations, regular sessions with a psychiatrist, and continuous medication management and education. To support mind and body, AMFM blends clinically proven interventions with holistic practices such as acupuncture and yoga.

Experience Structure and Flexibility

AMFM in Washington offers two levels of comprehensive outpatient care. The partial hospitalization program (PHP) provides a structured, daylong schedule of therapy and education while allowing clients to return home in the evenings. The intensive outpatient program (IOP) offers flexible sessions with group, individual, and psychiatric support, making it easier to balance treatment with daily responsibilities.

Receive Tailored Ongoing Support

AMFM Mental Health Treatment provides aftercare plans after any and all mental health programming and treatment options, in order to set clients up for success and lasting wellness. A client’s aftercare plan may include ongoing support groups to expand their support network, check-ins with ongoing therapy, additional coping strategies, or medication management. Family follow-up counseling sessions may be offered for those in need of additional support.

Promote Healing in Every Family Interaction
Promote Healing in Every Family Interaction
AMFM involves families in the recovery process to empower each individual to ease into recovery with confidence. Weekly family therapy uses Attachment-Based Family Therapy, cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT), and other methods to learn healthy coping skills and improve communication. After day treatment, AMFM provides family follow-up counseling.
Find Balance Through Culturally Rooted Care
Find Balance Through Culturally Rooted Care
AMFM in Washington integrates Wellbriety, a holistic approach to healing that blends Native American traditions with modern therapy. Through talking circles, ceremonies, and the Medicine Wheel, clients find community, honor cultural identity, and strengthen mental, emotional, and spiritual well-being.
Build Confidence with Practical Life Skills
Build Confidence with Practical Life Skills
AMFM believes that building life skills is essential to lasting recovery. By developing emotional regulation, healthy communication, problem-solving, decision-making, and self-care, clients gain the practical tools and confidence needed to continue their recovery and move forward with greater independence.
Gain Stability Through Mind-Body Healing
