About WellFully Premier Adolescent Center
WellFully Premier Adolescent Care Center is the only residential group care and addiction recovery program for teens in western South Dakota. It supports youth ages 10–17 facing addiction, emotional struggles, and psychiatric challenges. Through three main programs—Addiction Recovery Unit (ARU), Psychiatric Residential Treatment Facility (PRTF), and Adolescent Crisis Care Center (ACCC)—WellFully offers safe, high-quality care focused on healing and hope.
Each program at WellFully offers targeted therapies to meet different needs. ARU provides inpatient and outpatient addiction recovery with 24/7 care and intensive counseling. PRTF focuses on mental health with clinical treatment plans, therapy groups, and psychiatric support. The ACCC is the only youth crisis center in the state, helping teens in emotional crisis or who may be considering suicide. All programs include education, emotional support, and coping skill development.
At WellFully, youth live in a safe, caring environment where their education and personal growth are a priority. Through WellFully Academy and LabClass, an after-school and summer program, teens stay engaged, active, and connected. With educational services and scholarships for GEDs and college, WellFully helps every young person dream bigger and build a brighter future.
