Continue Care With the Same Team

Because Horizon Health is 100% telehealth, clients can participate from anywhere in Washington with an internet connection. Afternoon and evening IOP groups provide flexible scheduling for working adults and parents without requiring a commute or residential stay. After completing IOP, clients can continue with outpatient care with the same counselors and prescriber, typically for another 8–12 weeks. Horizon also helps coordinate drug screening and community support meetings, while clients can contact their counselor between sessions.
