A flexible way to stay engaged in treatment, Coastal Connection helps adults manage anxiety, depression, stress, burnout, and life’s challenges through virtual intensive outpatient program (IOP) and outpatient program (OP) care. Clients remain at home and connected to work, school, family, and daily responsibilities. Their day and evening tracks expand scheduling options, while virtual access removes commutes and waiting rooms for adults throughout California.

Coordinate Care Across Services

Both programs include weekly individual therapy, group therapy, psychiatric access, case management, personalized treatment planning, and ongoing support from experienced clinicians. IOP begins at five days a week and includes three hours of group therapy per treatment day, while OP also begins at five days a week and includes one hour. The team at Coastal Connection discusses needs and goals, explains program options, and verifies insurance benefits before treatment begins.
