About Valley Hope of O'Neill
Set in the quiet, rural community of O'Neill, Valley Hope of Nebraska provides compassionate, patient-centered residential treatment for adults recovering from drug and alcohol addiction. Serving all of Nebraska, the nonprofit center pairs evidence-based care with a peaceful setting that lets patients focus fully on healing, away from the stresses and triggers of everyday life. Its approach is informed by 60 years of treating addiction.
Receive Personalized Clinical Care
Each patient is supported by a customized team of medical, clinical, and recovery experts who build a comprehensive plan addressing physical, mental, spiritual, and emotional health. Care can include medically monitored detox, medication-assisted treatment (MAT), individual and peer therapies, family care, meditation, emotional wellness support, and treatment for co-occurring conditions.
Heal on a Peaceful, Amenity-Rich Campus
Valley Hope's campus is designed for an aesthetically healing experience that supports long-term recovery. Amenities include indoor and outdoor recreation areas, a volleyball court, basketball court, and chapel, along with a communal dining room serving three chef-prepared meals daily. Patients also have access to Wi-Fi, TV, music, and entertainment, and may use their cell phones during their stay.
Access Trusted Care and Ongoing Support
As a nonprofit, Valley Hope offers affordable, accredited care and accepts most private insurance plans, with no out-of-pocket costs for veterans and military service members through the VA. The Nebraska center is a BlueCross BlueShield Center of Distinction and Cigna Center of Excellence, is Joint Commission accredited, and ranks in the top 5% nationally for patient experience by Press Ganey. Beyond residential care, patients receive lifelong alumni support and can step down through PHP, IOP, and telehealth outpatient programs via Valley Hope's Omaha location.
