About Trellis Recovery Centers
Trellis Recovery Centers is a residential eating disorder facility in Los Angeles, California. Their team of clinical and medical staff are trained to treat eating disorders and co-occurring mental health disorders with an array of evidence-based, holistic, and somatic therapies.
