About The Relationship Therapy Center - St. Louis Park
Built around relationship care, The Relationship Therapy Center has focused on couples since 2006 and has more than 50 couples therapists across Minnesota. At St. Louis Park, the center helps couples work through relationship concerns, from communication problems, affairs, and decisions about staying together. They also provide individual, family, child, and teen therapy for mental health concerns. The practice is also part of ARC Health, a national network of mental health practices.
Access Specialized Couples Therapy
A Client Ambassador matches clients with therapists based on their needs, schedule, and preferences. Couples can choose Intensive Couples Counseling (ICC), which provides 15 or 25 hours of therapy through 3- to 4-hour sessions over several weeks. The 8-hour Make-It-or-Break-It option helps partners decide whether to work on their relationship or separate. Therapists use approaches such as Gottman, emotionally focused therapy (EFT), and eye movement desensitization and reprocessing (EMDR), based on their training and client needs.
Continue with Individual and Relationship Support
Services also include affair recovery, sex therapy, premarital counseling, and Couples Therapy for One when a partner does not participate. Individual therapy addresses anxiety, depression, trauma, grief, ADHD, life transitions, and relationship concerns. Clinicians use feedback-informed treatment (FIT) to track progress and adjust care based on client feedback. Groups support women healing from affairs and men working through relationship concerns. Clients can meet in St. Louis Park or through secure telehealth while in Minnesota.
