About The Catalyst Center
Believing that meaningful and lasting change is possible with the right support, The Catalyst Center supports children, teens, adults, couples, and families. Clinicians work with anxiety, depression, bipolar disorder, post-traumatic stress disorder (PTSD), attention-deficit/hyperactivity disorder (ADHD), autism, eating disorders, grief, mood concerns, and complex trauma. The practice is LGBTQIA+ affirming and neurodiversity-inclusive, with telehealth available throughout Colorado.
Focused Care for Meaningful Change
The team provides individual, couples, family, and group therapy, psychiatry, psychological assessment, and therapy intensives. Half-day, full-day, and multi-day intensives address trauma, anxiety, relationship struggles, and major life transitions. Approaches include eye movement desensitization and reprocessing (EMDR), emotionally focused therapy (EFT), internal family systems (IFS), Brainspotting, somatic approaches, and ketamine-assisted therapy. Couples can also join the Hold Me Tight Couples Intensive, which uses 7 guided conversations, private rooms, and nervous system settling practices.
Support for Every Chapter
Specialized care includes pediatric EMDR, eating disorder recovery, postpartum care, gender-affirming therapy, spiritual exploration, and neurofeedback. Psychological evaluations clarify autism, ADHD, learning disorders, trauma, eating disorders, and overlapping symptoms. Through a collaborative therapeutic assessment model, 6 doctoral-level psychologists review cases, and clients receive practical recommendations for home, school, work, and relationships.
