Therapy and Reproductive Services
Therapists use cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT), dialectical behavior therapy (DBT), acceptance and commitment therapy (ACT), brainspotting, emotion-focused therapy, narrative therapy, attachment-based work, and somatic techniques based on the client’s needs and clinician. Clients can choose individual, couples, or family therapy. They also offer infertility counseling, perinatal mental health care, donor conception and surrogacy consultations, and other third-party reproduction services. These consultations usually require 1-2 appointments and may include a meeting, psychoeducation, and a written report. Ongoing therapy may last 4-8 sessions or continue for several months or years.
