Psychology Specialists of Maine - Brunswick

Located along the Androscoggin River Reservoir, Psychology Specialists of Maine serves adults 18+ through individual therapy, psychiatry, medication management, couples therapy, group therapy, and telehealth. Clients can attend in person or use telehealth anywhere in Maine. They treat anxiety, depression, attention deficit hyperactivity disorder (ADHD), obsessive-compulsive disorder (OCD), trauma, post-traumatic stress disorder (PTSD), bipolar disorder, eating disorders, and related mental health concerns.

Licensed psychologists, marital and family therapists, and board-certified psychiatrists deliver care. Treatment may include cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT), acceptance and commitment therapy (ACT), dialectical behavior therapy (DBT), exposure and response prevention (ERP), and cognitive processing therapy (CPT), psychiatric evaluation, and medication management.
