About Full Bloom Counseling - Denver
Founded by Becca Moravec, Full Bloom Counseling brings together therapists who offer individual, couples, and family therapy in person and through telehealth across Colorado. They work with anxiety, depression, ADHD, trauma, grief, postpartum and perinatal concerns, life transitions, and relationship patterns, with care for young adults and an affirming approach to LGBTQ+ clients. They also follow a Health at Every Size (HEAS)-informed, weight-neutral perspective.
Navigate Personal and Relationship Challenges
Different concerns call for different approaches at Full Bloom. Individual therapy draws from eye movement desensitization and reprocessing (EMDR), somatic therapy, internal family systems (IFS), narrative therapy, brainspotting, and cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT) for attachment wounds, family-of-origin patterns, and relationship dynamics. They use the Gottman Method in couples therapy to address communication breakdown and life transitions.
Explore New Approaches to Mental Wellness
As the mental health partner for Colorado Children's Chorale, the practice embeds a dedicated clinician on every chorale tour and applies a custom mental health framework to the demands of touring with young singers. Their safe and sound protocol (SSP) program uses specially filtered music to support nervous system regulation, sensory regulation, and connection.
