They use several approaches based on each client’s needs, including animal assisted (canine) therapy, cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT), sand tray therapy, motivational interviewing (MI), dialectical behavior therapy (DBT), interpersonal process therapy (IPT), exposure therapy, Adlerian therapy, and rational emotive behavior therapy (REBT).
Access Inclusive and Responsive Care
Ellie also addresses diverse client needs through gender-affirming care, health-at-every-size (HAES) and intuitive eating approaches, autism and neurodiversity-focused support, postpartum and perinatal care, and culturally responsive services for LGBTQ+ and BIPOC clients. They also work with first responders, service members, veterans and their families, and geeks through special interest-based therapy.
