About Ellie Mental Health - Skillman
Located south of Pavillions at Princeton, Ellie Mental Health Skillman operates an outpatient clinic at 50 Vreeland Drive, Units 1-3. They offer individual therapy as their main on-site service and also offer telehealth. Clinicians work with anxiety, depression, post-traumatic stress disorder (PTSD), attention deficit hyperactivity disorder (ADHD), autism, bipolar disorder, eating disorders, grief, perinatal concerns, neurodivergence, and other mental health needs. They also support veterans, first responders, LGBTQ+ clients, and BIPOC clients.
Therapies and Clinical Focus
Clinicians use cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT), dialectical behavior therapy (DBT), acceptance and commitment therapy (ACT), TF-CBT, motivational interviewing (MI), mindfulness, exposure therapy, biofeedback, art therapy, music therapy, play therapy, yoga and breathwork, ecotherapy, person-centered therapy, psychodynamic therapy, and solution-focused therapy. They also provide relapse prevention and executive-functioning support. A board-certified registered art therapist works at the clinic.
Access and Payment
Telehealth gives clients another way to attend therapy without traveling to the office. They accept self-pay and offer a sliding-scale fee. Insurance options include Aetna, AmeriHealth, BCBS, Cigna/Evernorth, Horizon BCBS, Medicare, Optum, UnitedHealthcare, TRICARE, and other plans.
