Therapy for Different Needs
Care focuses on helping clients develop practical skills to manage daily challenges, strengthen relationships, process trauma, and improve emotional well-being. Treatment is personalized to each client’s goals and includes cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT), dialectical behavior therapy (DBT), acceptance and commitment therapy (ACT), eye movement desensitization and reprocessing (EMDR), trauma-focused CBT, exposure therapy, internal family systems (IFS), psychodynamic therapy, somatic experiencing, mindfulness-based therapy, solution-focused therapy, and brainspotting. Play therapy, art therapy, music therapy, and dance/movement therapy support children and clients who prefer creative approaches.
