About Ellie Mental Health - Hollywood - Sheridan St.
The Ellie Mental Health office in Hollywood treats a wide range of concerns for adults, with particular experience serving veterans, neurodivergent clients, and the LGBTQ+ community. A 10 person team led by Clinic Director Greg Adelstein offers weekday appointments plus Saturday morning hours for clients who need them.
Finding the Right Match
Every new client completes a short intake so the front desk can match them with a therapist whose specialties and style fit their situation, rather than the first available slot. This location also runs Big Feelings, Steady Ground, a weekly emotional regulation group for adults 21 and older.
How Each Session Works
Therapists draw on one of the broadest modality lists in the Ellie network, including cognitive behavioral therapy, EMDR, mindfulness, art therapy, and nutrition counseling, adjusted to what each client responds to best. Sessions are available on weekdays and Saturday mornings.
