About Ellie Mental Health - Crestview Hills
Creating a more approachable path to care, Ellie Mental Health was founded in 2015 and has grown to include clinics and franchises across the country. The organization focuses on reducing barriers to mental health care and creating therapy experiences that feel accessible, welcoming, and connected to everyday life.
Build Progress Through Treatment
The Crestview Hills clinic provides individual, couples, and family counseling in person and virtually. Conditions treated include anxiety, depression, trauma, post-traumatic stress disorder (PTSD), attention-deficit/hyperactivity disorder (ADHD), obsessive-compulsive disorder (OCD), bipolar disorder, eating disorders, neurodiversity, chronic pain, schizophrenia, addiction, grief, and relationship concerns. Their clinicians use cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT), dialectical behavior therapy (DBT), eye movement desensitization and reprocessing (EMDR), internal family systems (IFS), cognitive processing therapy (CPT), trauma-focused cognitive behavioral therapy (TF-CBT), somatic experiencing, play therapy, and mindfulness-based therapy.
Connect Through Creative Care
Ellie Mental Health - Crestview Hills is open Monday through Friday from 8 a.m. to 7 p.m., with Saturday appointments available by request. They support service members, veterans and their families, first responders, LGBTQ+ clients, men, women, survivors of sexual assault, neurodivergent clients, and people from mixed-race and multicultural backgrounds. Critical Heal, a weekly virtual D&D therapy group for adults 18 and older, uses role-playing, storytelling, and therapeutic reflection to support anxiety, depression, trauma, social difficulties, and life transitions. Additional focus areas include gender-affirming care, intuitive eating, nutrition services, adoption and foster care, reunification, culturally responsive care, and couples work involving communication, infidelity, separation, divorce, and non-monogamous relationships.
