With a mission to make mental health care accessible in every community, Ellie Mental Health Cranford provides in-person and telehealth therapy for children, adults, couples, and families. Therapy That Meets Different Needs
Ellie Mental Health Cranford offers a range of therapeutic approaches, including cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT), dialectical behavior therapy (DBT), acceptance and commitment therapy (ACT), emotionally focused therapy (EFT), internal family systems (IFS), and cognitive processing therapy (CPT). Clients can also explore experiential approaches like art therapy, play therapy, mindfulness-based therapy, somatic experiencing, motivational interviewing (MI), narrative therapy, and trauma-focused CBT (TF-CBT).
