Located west of Holliday Park, Ellie Mental Health Cheyenne Warren Avenue provides outpatient mental health care. They offer individual, couples, and family therapy in person and through telehealth. Therapists work with anxiety, depression, post-traumatic stress disorder (PTSD), trauma, stress, attention deficit hyperactivity disorder (ADHD), obsessive-compulsive disorder (OCD), bipolar disorder, grief, relapse prevention, relationship problems, and other mental health concerns. They operate Monday through Friday from 8 a.m. to 6 p.m., giving clients weekday options for scheduling care around work, school, and family responsibilities.
Therapy Based on Specific Needs
Therapists choose approaches based on each client’s concerns and treatment goals. Available therapies include cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT), dialectical behavior therapy (DBT), eye movement desensitization and reprocessing (EMDR), acceptance and commitment therapy (ACT), motivational interviewing (MI), trauma-focused CBT, internal family systems (IFS), mindfulness-based therapy, brainspotting, somatic experiencing, play therapy, art therapy, and solution-focused therapy. Couples and families may also receive emotionally focused therapy, Gottman-based therapy, and other relationship-focused approaches. Sessions may address symptoms, trauma responses, coping skills, behavior patterns, communication, relationships, and daily routines.
Access for Different Clients
They work with individuals, couples, families, LGBTQ+ clients, men, women, first responders, service members and veterans, foster and adoptive families, and people dealing with postpartum or perinatal concerns, gender dysphoria, grief, chronic pain, or major life changes. Telehealth gives clients another way to attend appointments when traveling to the office is difficult.
