Clinical Care Meets Collaborative Play

A distinctive option is its therapeutic roleplaying group for teens ages 13-16, which uses collaborative storytelling to explore anxiety, self-esteem, social skills, and emotional regulation. This creative group adds another pathway for adolescents who may benefit from practicing skills and connecting with others while still receiving structured mental health support.
This Ann Arbor–Briarwood facility is part of Ellie Mental Health, a network focused on making mental health care easier to access close to home. Ellie combines local therapists, therapist matching, and virtual care to give clients more options for beginning treatment. Its flexible approach can help people maintain therapy alongside school, work, family, and other responsibilities.
