The Meadows Virtual Intensive Outpatient (VIOP) program provides trauma-focused treatment for adults in Arizona and California. Acknowledging the connection between trauma and mental health or addiction, this program aims to address both the symptoms and underlying factors of mental health, substance use, or eating disorders through a virtual format.

Address Underlying Issues with Flexible Care

The virtual program is structured yet flexible, allowing clients to benefit from intensive support while maintaining their prior engagements. It is designed to treat anorexia, bulimia, binge eating disorder, avoidant/restrictive food intake disorder (ARFID), and other specified feeding or eating disorders (OSFED). In addition, the program provides care for co-occurring conditions like anxiety, depression, substance use, and compulsive behaviors.

Personalized Nutrition Support

The VIOP includes 1-on-1 therapies, process group therapy, Meadows' Model group therapy, family support groups, supported meals, and dietitian sessions for eating disorder sessions. The program runs 9:30 a.m. to 12:30 p.m., over an 8-week period. For accountability and added support, personalized plans and one-on-one support are provided through the Recovery Record mobile app.
