The Ho Tai Way is a school for recovery that believes that knowledge is power and the tool to achieve sobriety. They are an individualized recovery program that focuses on the needs of female professionals, women over the age of 35, and pregnant women. This residential program employs a 12-Step program, with an Evidence Based and Wellness approach. The Ho Tai Way offers a detox program with medical support, a residential program that promotes a full mind, body, and spirit approach to recovery, as well as a Life Skills program that prepares oneself for returning to their life and dealing with home and life management. The Ho Tai Way supports mental health by addressing the trauma and co-occurring disorders.
The Ho Tai Way Recovery For Women aims to create a place that women can feel safe, vulnerable, and supported. They understand that addiction can happen no matter the stage of life—from professional women to midlife (35+) and even pregnant women. At the Ho Tai Way house, they want you to feel comfortable and like family; they offer shared rooms, cozy common areas, meditation areas, and a large kitchen and dining room. They offer adventurous outings for those who have detoxed and are on the road to recovery. Outings include places like Disneyland, Knotts Berry Farm, Los Angeles Angels baseball games, and beautiful Orange County beaches and hillsides. The Ho Tai Way offers chef-prepared meals that are delicious and nutritious, as well as a laundry and cleaning service to keep things comfortable and their clients focused on recovery.
