About The Cabin Sydney
The Cabin Sydney provides a flexible outpatient programme for professionals in Sydney and the surrounding area. The centre primarily treats those struggling with alcohol, drug, and gambling addictions. It also offers treatment for process addictions (sex addiction, internet addiction, and food addiction) and co-occurring disorders. The program integrates CBT, mindfulness, and a modified version of the 12 Steps in their unique Recovery Zones method. In addition to 1-on-1 therapy, clients can choose from various treatment groups or ‘zones’ to contribute to their unique treatment needs. These groups focus upon emotional intelligence, CBT, mindfulness meditation, boundaries & co-dependency, and concerns and successes in clients’ lives. Family programmes are also offered, as well as a psychiatric assessment and medication review.
The centre’s program is designed around the needs of a young professional in the Sydney and New Wales area and operates out of Eastpoint tower in central Sydney. The client’s confidentiality is high priority, and they offer an after work hours program. Clients can fulfill personal and professional responsibilities during their 3-month treatment plan, which includes weekly or daily treatment groups and individual sessions.
