About The Berman Center
Located in Atlanta, Georgia, The Berman Center is an outpatient facility offering an intensive outpatient program (IOP) and partial hospitalization program (PHP) for adolescents and adults with mental health disorders and drug addictions. They take an experiential and evidence-based approach to treatment, using therapies like cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT), rapid resolution therapy (RRT), psychodrama, art therapy, yoga, spiritual care, and trauma-specific therapies. They seek to provide a holistic treatment approach and offer a variety of services in addition to therapy like personal training services.
Adolescent Program
The Berman Center offers an adolescent outpatient program called IGNITE. IGNITE is a 10-week IOP for adolescents ages 14-18 that are struggling with mental health issues. The program provides individual and group therapy, family support, academic support, and individualized treatment plans.
